Two more sites updates
One feature long overdue I'm glad to introduce is the ability to sort new book releases by series. You'll notice that publishers often release the N-1 episode in a series as a paperback along the launch of the latest book in hardcover.
Regarding our database, we're now past 8,500 writers. There are many new authors who go through small publishers or self-publication web sites. Whether this is just vanity press, or an opportunity to discover new talent, is something for readers to decide.

An update on what we're doing
We're still working on our database on a healthy rhythm, though I again fell behind on e-mail (authors and readers, please bear with me!) I have updated the presentation of our new releases section to ease reading. It's a quite long list since we have about 200 new books per month in there.
Also, let me introduce a new little site I created about good deals to be found on the web, somewhat ironically dubbed Happy Deflationist, and located at greatdeals.blogspot.com. Among other things, you'll find coupons that you can redeem on your book purchases at Amazon.com (or for other products for that matter.)
