Theme-related site update
I tweaked our site to display theme information at the author and series level, as you'll see in these examples: JRR Tolkien, Lord of the Rings. We also make it easier to see which books were published posthumously.

In other news, we recently moved beyond the 10,000 author mark, and we're in the process of repairing or deleting a bunch of broken entries we didn't realize we had (sorry if you bumped into one of these.)
