  Something was going on up there where the weather satellites twinkled merrily around in their orbits-something that had nothing to do with weather. But you don't just drop in on a satellite, or its related sphere, at least not unobtrusively. And in this instance it was necessary to be very unobtrusive indeed since the owner of the sphere was a man of extreme resources whose umbrage it would definitely not be good to excite.
