	A fantasy novel about a daemon who has recently escaped from Hell and is trying to fit in with the humans of the overworld while being pursued by hideous monsters known as "Implementors." This is the story of how the daemon's fate is tied to that of two unlikely humans, a strange woman who had been hunting him, and cowardly thief who'd never before left the small town of his birth, and how each of them grows as a result of their harried flight together.
