  The Council of Guardians has betrayed the human worlds by attempting to assassinate several alien leaders. Their actions have initiated an intergalactic war which will soon include Earth.Billy and Penny return to Firenghia only to discover that the war has begun with the Dracor and the alliance of aliens. Billy also learns that he and Penny are hunted by the alien leader, Pendragon who has a personal vendetta against them. Pendragon also possesses a doomsday weapon that could destroy everyone.
