  Mirth, the youngest angel-in-training, is upset because she is not old enough to have her own float in the Angel Parade. Her pet cloud, Puffaluff, gives Mirth some bad advice, and the parade is ruined. Children will have a blast as they learn not to let others talk them into doing what they know is wrong.
