When Ace Newscaster Blip Wufser's Blipcopter crashed through the roof of Hannibal Chaud's Funerals of Balona, it roiled a lot of ghosts. So remarked Korndog magnate Sam Joe Sly, who saw and reported a red-capped orb cavorting in King Korndog's chopper hopper. Joseph Kuhl is fascinated by the report, and is at first delighted when a beautiful ghost accosts him in Balona Park. But all is not well, for other spirits are manifested, a big-time reporter shows up from Delta City, and a strange new doctor arrives in town, a man in black with an appetite for internal-organ barbecue.
