      Power Vortex is a fast-paced thriller, pitting terrorists bent on blowing up America's major power stations against the United States. Only the US is unaware. A retired Naval commander, in the process of restoring an old Victorian house and turning it into a bed and breakfast, stumbles upon the terrorists. The cost to him and his friends is tremendous.
    Bill Lloyd, retired Naval commander, Naval intelligence; Dorothy Baker, daughter of Dr. Baker, FBI laboratory chief, chemical weapons; Lee Lloyd, Bill's wife; Bob Summers, FBI and Bill's friend.

    Bill Lloyd and Dr. Baker work together with the FBI to prevent terrorists from destroying power station in America's major cities. But at what cost to their personal lives? The adventure begins in Newport, Rhode Island at a picturesque inn called The Anchorage, and brings them to major US cities, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and other places.
