  A TYPHOON

Dark clouds are gathering on the horizon as renegade elements in the Chinese military conspire with ruthless foreign businessmen to invade the island of Taiwan. Meanwhile, Mother Nature has plans of her own.

AN EARTHQUAKE

While CIA agent Mick Pierce and his wife Natalie prepare their Taipei apartment for a deadly typhoon, the island suffers a crippling earthquake that kills hundreds of thousands of its citizens and sets its crowded cities ablaze.

But are the dual natural disasters a coincidence?

A NUCLEAR BOMB

Mick is stunned to learn that the earthquake was triggered by a nuclear device placed in an underwater crevice of a major fault line.

He immediately sets agents in motion across the region. The story moves briskly from the burning streets of Taipei, to the monumental bank towers of Hong Kong, the back alleys of Shanghai, and a luxury yacht in the South China Sea.

THUNDER IN FORMOSA

As American warships circle closer, the agents must fight, deal, and seduce their way to expose the terrorist before America and China are drawn into a deadly war.

To his shock, Mick discovers that the mastermind has followed his every move!
