	In the beginning of Dragon's Tear, the boys leave the Yarnie village and find Boheall, an ancient and mysterious creature who first tells them a story, then instructs them to go to the Dryas Forest and search for another creature named Teresia, explaining that if they can find her, she will guide them safely through the many dangers hiding in the forest. Eventually they find themselves on the edge of a large body of water, an ominously dark and dangerous lake where growling, unseen creatures lurk in the shadows. Before long, both boys realize that somewhere in the middle of this dark and watery world lies the Castle of Tears. Unfortunately, they must find some way across this lake, for it is here where the mysterious blue amulet is said to be hidden, the one known in the world of Euqinom as Dragon's Tear.
