       Additional Information

A 24 mile long, multi-generation ship is nearing the end of its 2000-year journey. Something has gone wrong. Somewhere along its journey, the ship's huge population split into their ethnic groups and began fighting each other in constant gang wars.

A small group of outcast has kept the ship's mission alive. They need help to put the ship in orbit around an Earth-like planet; otherwise the run down ship will miss its destination. This group, the Watchers, enlist members of each gang to go to the engine section and fix the engines. They have to make the 20-mile journey through the cannibalistic Scavenger's territory.

Two Watchers make it to the planet. Tiffany finds herself being the leader, something she does not want to be. She struggles to build a society as she battles the continuing conflicts between the gangs. Her one ally, Andre, becomes jealous of her relationship with another man. Just when she thinks things could not get worse, a group of local aliens show up.
