       Additional Information
Arynae began to dream, haunting, frightening dreams of fire upon black sand, although few of her race dream. As the Mycenae Ambassador Kryos was welcomed into the city; his army lands on the remote black sand beach. A storm that diminishes their numbers, hardens them for their journey through the jungles, realm of the giant fire snakes. Another dream came, to Jae, first of the Bull leapers. His was beautiful, filled with an ancient, forgotten language; the language of the winged cats. A myth, they were only remembered during the Festival of the Griffins when masked dancers marched in the annual parades. As the festival approached and King Minos’ ultimate arrival, Kryos grew desperate. Not certain if his troops managed to make landfall, he made a desperate gamble. Far away, Aryos, priest of the dark lord, began the song of Zaal. He would move in darkness.
