	This is an exciting, action-packed tale of Geoffrey Lightbinder, a young aristocrat forced to be an adventurer by his evil uncle who strips away his home. As a fugitive he is hired to free a famous wizard who pulls him into a roller coaster of events entailing fighting werewolves, giant spiders, and skeleton soldiers. Then he meets a vampire, a dragon, and eventually returns to his home to fight for the land his late father left to him. He does all this while protecting a boy of great value with special powers and setting forth a chain of events for future books to follow.
