  The Empire of Lyrecia has entered a crucial period. Emperor Vandon's peaceful reign is contested and the entire world is poised on the brink of civil war. Gessia, kindhearted and shy, is thrust into a harsh and brutal environment where she must learn to fight for her very survival. While the factions within the empire struggle for the title of emperor, a dark sorcery from the dreaded Kingdom of Gudara emerges, intent on obtaining not just control of the empire, but destruction of all who will not bow to the evil powers of their warlord.
