      A man is sent to assassinate an 8-year old girl by the U.N.'s superpowerful A.I. that has the ability to foretell if/when individuals will become a significant threat to human civilization; the assassin refuses to carry out the job...and then wonders why he was sent to kill a girl that the A.I., Oracle, should have known he wouldn't carry turns out that Oracle had determined that it, itself, poses a threat to civilization and sending him to kill the girl actually sets in motion a series of events designed to bring about the A.I.'s downfall.
