A time long ago, there was a prophecy that was seen only by a great elder named Grenham. The prophecy was written upon an ancient scroll, but soon after the untimely death of Grenham, it was burned and lost to all, or so it was believed. Because the prophecy was unbelievable, it was ignored. However one hundred years after Grenham's passing, an elder named Indrid saw the same future that was foretold in the prophecy. He too died when he was secretly assassinated by a killer; as had happened to Grenham.
This prophecy has been forgotten by all but one because no one cared about it or believed that it could ever come true. How could anyone believe a prophecy that foretells the beginning of the end of all things!

Here is The Prophecy that was read by both Grenham and Indrid:
"When the ruler of Darkness shall fall, the God of Pain shall awaken, and with his armies and generals he shall seek the ones who have awakened him. Balance is required for good and evil, and he shall bring this balance to the world once again, but alike all that come before him. If he should succeed, power hungry he will become and the world he shall want."
