In the sequel to Anthony Avina's best selling novel, the face of evil is back, and she is now a member of the undead. A year has passed since the events of the first novel, and the town of Willow Springs is trying to heal it's wounds from the terror Lisa Etron, the teenage serial killer, wrought on the town. As the anniversary of her death arrives, however, Dave Trent, the object of the serial killer's desire, finds the town plagued by a raging virus, and soon the townspeople begin to become a member of the undead army, with the infamous serial killer Lisa Etron leading the attack.
