Harold Allen's great interest in philosophy began at the age of fifteen when illness rather abruptly raised the issue of possible life after death. An avid reader of scientific articles, he soon realized that the theory of evolution flatly contradicted traditional biblical views. It was merely a question of time until the author became engaged in a lifelong search for a new perspective in harmony with scientific evidence. This study eventually resulted in a highly promising theory of Cosmic Reincarnation.
In the course of his research, Mr. Allen managed to acquire considerable insight into such fields as astronomy, cosmology, physics, philosophy, biology and social issues. He is also a noted authority on biblical symbolism, having given a number of public lectures on this subject.
Long an advocate of movements dedicated to enhancing public knowledge of astronomy (for 17 years a member of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada), the author is a native of Toronto, Canada.
Biography provided by the author, June 2003.
