W. B. Baker, Ph.D, D.Litt conducted his graduate studies at The University of Hawaii and at University College Wales, (Britain). A Rotary Foundation International Graduate Fellow, he later studied at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, holds an earned Doctorate in Theatre History (Ph.D), and a Doctor of Letters (D.Litt). His stage and film credits include performances in England, France, and Wales; with affiliations featuring BBC Radio Wales, National Theatre of Wales, International Festival of University Theatre, along with numerous appearances on ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, and films by Miramax Pictures, Orion Films, and Universal Pictures.
Previously a university professor, Dr Baker’s earlier books include Celtic Mythological Influences on American Theatre, The Director’s Handbook, and A Solitary Frost (London). Dr. Baker’s extensive academic and professional biography is catalogued in Who´s Who In The World, Contemporary Authors, Men of Achievement (Cambridge), Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Century, Great Minds of the Twenty-First Century, and Investiture of Knighthood (KT.OBE). He has been nominated for such prestigious awards as The American Medal of Honor, International Writer of the Year (England), and The International Authors and Writers Who´s Who. W. B. Baker has received additional honours, citations, and awards for his involvement in contemporary literature.
