Born in Wyoming, raised in Texas, Mike is now a permanent Colorado resident. He has visited or worked in 20 different States and 5 foreign countries – Finland, England, Australia, Arabia, and South Korea. Currently employed as a Telecommunications consultant, Mike is a military veteran with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems Management; working to complete a Master of Science in 2006. Mike and his wife, Edna, are parents of five children and four grandchildren. Besides writing, other personal interests include business, politics, history, geography, research, teaching, space exploration, alternative fuels, alternative energy strategies, safe economical space flight, trees, birds, landscaping, gardening, camping, hiking, biking, model trains, machine shop, and more. He believes education is a never-ending pursuit – that one must never stop learning.
