Michael D’Ambrosio was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in September of 1961. His early studies included electrical/electronic applications, aircraft armament technology, liberal arts and general education. He finished in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Technical and Industrial Administration from Widener University.

In January of 2000, he began writing Fractured Time, the first book in the Fractured Time trilogy. He started a corporation entitled Hot Tales, Inc. in February of 2002.

Michael retains the rights to all his books and Fractured Time is currently being considered by motion picture companies for a possible movie. Michael has already made plans and outlines for a new series to start after Fractured Time.
