Barbara Davidson-Miles grew up in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, and graduated from Russell Sage College. She and her husband, Steve, share their Mile's End Farm in Sterling, Massachusetts, and Mile's End Farm South in Loxahatchee, Florida, with thirteen horses, five dogs, three cats, three parakeets, two lovebirds, and their African Grey Parrot, Kibo.
