Kerry Downing is a meteorologist by training, a computer programmer by profession, and a lifelong astronomy and science fiction fan. He lives in the Midwest with his wife and five children.

Kerry is a member of the Heartland Writer's Guild and the Book Crazy Radio Network. He has written one novel (so far), and several short stories.

While not working, writing, or doing things with/for his children... well, there is no time when he is not doing one of those things!
