Jim Fletcher grew up in the forest-covered mountains of Connecticut. There he recognized the wonders and mysteries of nature. Fletcher, a writer and artist, has exhibited his artworks around the country. He has also hidden works in wilderness areas around the United States and Canada. He and his wife, Dee, reside in the lakes country of Minnesota.
