Stuart William Hagan was born in Hanover, Germany, when his father was based with the British forces in 1962. He was raised in Glasgow, Scotland for a while before moving to Ravenscroft, Kirkby at the age of 6.
Following the death of his mother, he lived with his grandmother before moving to Huyton, Liverpool, where he spent his senior school years.

He began writing poetry and developed a healthy interest in reading at the age of 11.

Currently working on a NHS project, Stuart spends much of his spare time writing between 12 hour shifts. He lives in a comfortable house with his wife and 2 sons where he also composes his own songs\music.
