Garth Lambert was born and educated in St. Louis, MO, where he also started his career in Information Systems. Since then, he worked 50 years in Information Systems as a Computer Programmer, Programming Manager and I.S. Director. In 1960, he installed the first on-premises teller online system in Chicago. Later, at another Savings and Loan, he installed the first Point of Sale system in a Chicago grocery chain. In 1992, he started his own computer consulting company, GPL Enterprises, Inc. Lambert and his wife Alyce have been married 46 years. His avocation has always been writing. He has written two other novels, an autobiography, and several articles. He and his wife Alyce were married in 1957 and have four children and four grandchildren.
