Elizabeth was born in Norwich Connecticut in 1971. She was raised in Darlington Wisconsin. After many years she found herself in Rhode Island and back to the East Coast in 1999. She finds her inspiration from her family and friends.

Elizabeth Phend completed her college education while working two jobs and still found time to write. She lives with her loving children, Kimberley and Alexander, who keep her laughing every day. With the support of her friends and family she never gave up on her dreams.
