Diana Janeen Pierce is a sculptor specializing in Norse, Celtic, Greek, Roman and Egyptian mythological subjects and beings. She has translated the Egyptian Auspice Calendar for “Work like an Egyptian” by Ramona L. Wheeler and studies ancient history, archeology, astronomy, mythology and art history. The wife of a retired navy Commander, she lives in New Bern, North Carolina with her husband, cat and dachshund.
