Mr. Salazar is president and founder of a nanobiotechnology company doing cutting-edge research for NASA, the Centers for Disease Control, and the Department of Defense. He has been a senior manager for a large international company and a nuclear trained submarine officer in the US Navy and is an Annapolis graduate. He has been a contributing author on several scientific papers and authored a nationally award winning technical article. Mr. Salazar lives with his family in Austin, Texas.
