George Thirteen was born in Guatemala City, Guatemala and moved to the United States with his family when he was five. He grew up in Chicago; a complex urban environment whose massive architecture and cultural diversity held him spellbound making him dream about life in the future and in his first book, Generations of Rust he explores the human condition in a future that is not too far in the distance. George currently lives in Naperville, Illinois.
